...patent pending, so don't steal my idea. I am going to put one of these bad boys at every entrance to our neighborhood. But it will be below the concrete, so you can't see it. "But Jen, what would the purpose of that be?" Glad you asked. If you are driving, attempting to get into our neighborhood, and your car is over a certain amount of decibles (basically, any of our cab-driver neighbor's cars, motorcycles, trash trucks, UPS, FedEx, etc), and it is between the hours of 8pm-8am, and 1-3 pm, the spikes will pop up and pop your tires, thus making you unable to drive your loud-ass car past my house and wake up my kids. You have been warned.
